How long is the typical lease?
Typical Leases are one year long commitments. We strive to serve small businesses and know that long term leases may not be desirable do to growth. Longer leases are available for base rate lock.
Is my space customizable?
We allow some space modifications upon approval from ownership. Contact us to discuss.
Can I choose a new location?
Communicate with us and we’ll assess all opportunities to accommodate your needs.
How does pricing work?
Lease includes water and sewage, turnkey office space, warehouse with utility sink and 1/2 bathroom. Separate metered electric, phone and internet paid by Tennant.
